Shealyn is a freelance writer based in Philadelphia. Her experience working through her own mental health as a woman is so interwoven with music, and she wanted to create place where she can voice this intersection openly…and complain about music without annoying her IG followers. She wants help others (and herself) understand that music can be vital to the way we respond to and work through our minds and the world.
